What is melatonin and why is it important?
Melatonin is a natural sleep hormone that regulates your internal biological clock and helps your body recognise when it's time to fall asleep. Its levels naturally increase in the evening to prepare you for sleep, but this process weakens with age, stress or overexposure to blue light.
Why the liposomal form?
Conventional melatonin tablets have low absorption - much of the active ingredient is lost before the body can use it. That's why at Noxium we have chosen liposomal technology, which encapsulates melatonin in microscopic liposomes. This method ensures that the substance gets directly to where it is supposed to act and the body can use it much more efficiently. The result? Up to 3 times higher absorption and a noticeable effect after the first dose.
Benefits of use
How to take correctly?
Recommended dosage: 1 tablet contains 1 mg of melatonin. Take 1 tablet approximately 30 minutes before bedtime.
Why 1 mg? According to scientific studies, a low dose (0.5 - 5 mg) is sufficient to promote faster falling asleep and set the biological clock. Higher doses do not produce a better effect, on the contrary, they can disrupt the natural rhythm.
Safe and effective: long-term use of low doses of melatonin (up to 5 mg per day) is considered safe and well tolerated.
Premium efficacy: thanks to liposomal technology, melatonin is absorbed up to 3 times better than with conventional tablets.
