It is delicious with milk, yoghurt, water, but also completely on its own as a quick snack.

Composition: Whole oat flakes 26,4%, cereal extrudate (whole wheat flour, wheat flour, corn semolina, sugar, corn starch, salt, barley malt extract), palm oil, glucose/glucose-fructose syrup, dark chocolate 10%*(sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin), candied butternut squash 6% (butternut squash, sugar, sunflower oil), pumpkin seeds 5%, sugar, almonds 3%, flax seeds 1.9%, puffed quinoa 1.5%, barley flakes 1.4%, oat fibre, Aztec sage seeds (Salvia hispanica) 0.9%, baker's honey 0.7%, salt, natural flavourings, oregano extract. The product may contain peanuts and other nuts, sesame, milk and soya. *Cocoa solids content in dark chocolate at least 40%.
Store dry, protect from heat and direct sunlight.
